I understand that you work alone and this isn’t like a movie where you can have a 30 sec cutscene to fill the audience up on everything that’s not so important but still happening everywhere else in the world you’ve crated. Having said that can you please comment at least on the hero’s we won’t be seeing again. Like the gaps in the story that I can think of right now are:
1. What happened with the whole Raven hype up “destroyer of galaxies” etc? Are you gonna do something to portrait that newly found power? Is she gonna play any important role to the story?
2.What happened to Superman? Is he 100% gone or does he at least have a chance? (Not taking about what I assume is this hallucination of him by wonder woman of course).
3. John Constantine? Is he fully gone or are there any chances of seeing him (not in a hallucination) again?
4.Poison Ivy and the whole garden aspect of the story? Is that significant in anyway to the story or does it simply feed the mysterious nature of the old god that we don’t AND aren’t supposed to understand?
5.What about the whole information thing? Some files that were supposedly sent to Batman and Luthor (Little before Raven transformation time wise in the story)
6.What about the Ares regenerating due to the ongoing war concept? Is that important?
7.And lastly, what about the power rings?
I of course don’t expect neither want you to spoil the story, I am just trying to figure out which concepts aren’t that important and won’t be needing any more attention and which are.
1. We’ll see Ravens battle with her father in chapter 30.
2. That’s a tricky question. His body is not dead. but it has no soul. So yeah for the moment there’s a regenerating Superman body orbiting the Moon.
3. He’s dead. But he’s still going to play a part at the very end of Forsaken Souls.
4. The nature of Ivy’s garden and why is so important will be revealed later down the road. Close to the end of Act II.
5. Those files will be used for a contingency plan that will be used in the final battle agains Nyarlathotep and his army.
6. Yes. Ares will be in full shape and ready for battle before the final confrontation. He wouldn’t miss the biggest conflict in human history for nothing. After all. He lives for that.
7. Almost all Power rings but two are off planet and “safe” from Nyarlathotep’s influence. But as You’ve seen so far Batman’s yellow lantern is in the hands of the Resistance. And there’s another one out there. In the hands of a certain… Jessica Cruz. And that one is the “tricky” one.
