They had parasites attached to their backs influencing them origionally until they actually got within the Master’s influence. I assume the parasites were extensions of him and thus simply returned to his body once in proximity since they’d no longer be required to influence the women.
I noticed that too, everyone basically has the same breasts. More diversity in shapes and sizes (stilll nice ones) would make it feel more realistic and a bit more interesting
