the goddess you refer to where week be caws lack of folk to worship them, but many folks in the dc world worship the super hero ww in some way or another even it is hero worship. gods goddess need to be worshiped give then strength power . due to the lack of folks in the world who stopped worshiping them.the power was reduced . but hero worship could empower ww some how and give her what the goddess and gods lack .
