This is an amusing interpretation. It makes sense in the world of the story, but I am sure the author would never include male-male gay sex in this otherwise straight/barsexual comic.
I believe this Demon is a rival of the Master. The vision Misss Martian had before her TF appears to show the different groups or TF categories, unclear if they get along or are at odds with each other.
