I’m happy to see that she got some cracks in… but the master is starting to come across as cocky and arrogant, instead of self assured and powerful.
Don’t get me wrong, still enjoying all the corruption, and I love how the corrupted ones actually play roles in his plans (too often someone will get corrupted then ignored by the story), but as the master’s power and influence grows, some of his speeches seem more and more cheesy. Again, I think he just seems far too cocky and arrogant.
Ok those cheesy lines are my fault. You have to thank my style corrector for scraping the cheesiest ones like when Black canary was speechless in front of the Master and he was going to tell her “In space no one can hear you scream”. About the arrogance and cockiness you are right, I tried to make him really menacing, instead he’s becoming cartoonish (cheesy lines), So that’s something I need to check out for future appearances.
