At this point in the story, each party seems to be preparing for their big move, although I have no idea what’s happening with Wonder Woman. So i ask you this, who left is capable of stopping the Black Pharaoh, and the only one I can think up is the Specter, so will he get involved?

No. the Specter won’t show. And the resistance doesn’t have the means to defeat Nyarlathotep… yet.
