Is he a pawn from when he and Wonder Woman were captured or is the a new rival entity to deal with?

i cant say how/where BlackPharaoh is taking this, but it seems like batman, & wonderwoman are evolving into separate, evil corrupted entities that are bent on corrupting others into servitude unto himself, the bad part is, (for them), they are aware of it, but are powerless to curb it, or to stop it …. & now, they both seem to have accepted, & are actually enjoying the corruption of others ……(THEANTJACK)

So the Black Pharaoh is wearing Batman like a prom tux.
If that’s not a sign of us being completely screwed, I don’t know what is.
