Vixen was use to being multi-species with her amulet. But I don’t think Batwoman had horns, at least from the angle we saw her at. So I don’t think horns are always going to make sense. Like Hawkgirl doesn’t actually have horns, those are more a mimicry of her helmet then actual horns.
